David Alexander founded D.J. Alexander in Edinburgh in 1982. The business was built on the strength of client recommendations, unrivalled expertise, and a fine eye for detail. As the agency gained traction, David’s brother John came on as Joint CEO and Managing Director. Today, there are 160 dedicated staff in our central offices in Edinburgh and Glasgow, and our network of local experts now spans across most of the UK.

D.J. Alexander still handles the sales arm of the business, but in 2020, the decision was taken to redefine the lettings process to meet the increasing demand for simplicity on behalf of their clients, so Prop247 was introduced.
