Marketing your property

We will create all the marketing materials, including professional photographs and a virtual tour, then advertise your property on all major portals.

Property viewings

Prospective tenants can book viewings, take a virtual tour and apply to rent directly online 24/7. All viewings are accompanied by an Prop247 agent. Meanwhile, you can track all activity and feedback as it happens.

Tenancy agreement, inventory and rent collection

We take care of all those too. Once the tenancy begins, we will collect all rental payments and remit them to your designated bank account. You can monitor all transactions from your dashboard at any time.

Maintenance, safety certification and inspections

Prop247 allows maintenance issues to be reported and tracked online. You can set how much, or how little, you’d like us to do, including arranging all safety certification. We take care of inspections too.

Check-out and deposit
